Something all Parisian

I don't remember which part of Paris this cute little apartments are but I remember strolling around this neighborhood and visiting quaint little boutiques filled with local designers and buying a gold dish bracelet that says "Qui" on it made by a lady who owned the store. I absolutely adored the apartment alleys that are scattered around this area, and how can you not love that little corgi just chillin' and watching strangers take pictures of him.  I actually loved this area because it remained tourist unknown so you truly get the feel of how parisians live.  I wish I remember the name..
